A weird Error 0.0 Empty A weird Error 0.0

lol im trying to make these forums active again....well anyway to the problem
when i try to change my name i get an error that says,"Sorry, this site does not accept user older than 99 years old!".....my birthdate says 08/13/1994 and it still says this error......what do i do now 0.0
